like at school at outside of school. I don't know really how to describe how I feel, but if I had to give an idea about it I would say that it feels like one long bad dream. This has been going on for sometime and I don't really want to tell anyone on what happens at school and stuff but I just want to know how do stop feeling all weird?

What your having kind of sounds like depersonlization(sp). It makes you feel weird, and not in real life. What you need to do, is talk to someone, I know you dont feel like it, But im telling you thats the first step. Ive been suffering from anxiety for 7 years, and seeing a counselor really helped me. You dont want to go through this alone. Feel free to email me anytime you'd like, vedabug54@yahoo.com. Ive been through this :)
You're asking the same question again and again, and you're listening to old, depressing music like Pearl Jam. I'm kidding, those guys are a legend.
Are you being bullied on? I ask this because you don't want to tell people what goes on at school. If this is the case you need to suck it up, and take the bull by it's horns. You'll realize it wasn't all that hard once you did it, then before you know it bullies won't be a problem.
Are you depressed? If this is the case then you need to figure out why you are depressed, then take the steps necessary to be happy (and not feel weird, in your case.) I wrote an article which you might find helpful.
That used to happen to me a lot of the time too, like I was aware enough to know I wasn't going to wake up, but I felt like I was still dreaming and everything just felt really repetitive and depressing. (If that makes sense)
I was depressed last year so I think that's why I felt that way, I don't know if that's how you feel. There could be other reasons too, but I think the best thing to do if it's worrying you is to talk to someone about it.
This sounds like dissociation/depersonalization/derealization.
"Dissociation: In psychology and psychiatry, a perceived detachment of the mind from the emotional state or even from the body. Dissociation is characterized by a sense of the world as a dreamlike or unreal place and may be accompanied by poor memory of the specific events, which in severe form is known as dissociative amnesia.
The term dissociation refers to the act of separating or the state of being separated."

You could have something wrong with your brain chemistry. I think you might want to describe this feeling to a doctor of some sort, it could be something fishy.
