Is this about the rumor that Mars will look as big as the full Moon? Because that's an internet hoax that comes around every year.

Not sure what you mean by "second moon" - there is no such astronomical term.
A "blue moon" is the common term for the second full moon in one calendar month.
That would be in December (not this month) - the first full moon is Dec 2, the second full moon is Dec 31.
You don't have to go anywhere to see the full moon, and a full moon rises at sunset and sets at sunrise.

If you refer to Mars looking as big as the Moon, that is a false story that has been repeated every August since 2003 when Mars came unusually close to Earth. Mars is not even going to be close to Earth in its orbit this August and even in 2003 it just looked like a bright star, not like a second Moon.

I couldn't find any release date for Second Moon, but when it is you can usually find most movies on Amazon.com or Net Flix.
