Does Favre's un-retirement remind you of what Jim Brown almost did?

For those too young to know, Jim Brown retired with plenty of gas in the tank. He retired as the NFLs leading rusher at that time.

Years later, Franco Harris was on the verge of breaking his record. So, an aging, well past his prime Jim Brown threatened to un-retire just to keep Franco from taking his record.

So, does Favre sort of remind you of what Jim Brown almost did?

But thank god Jim came to his senses and is to this day regarded as the top player in football all time...certainly the best running back. Brett with these antics has become a punch line. We all remember how absolutely horrible he looked those last 4 games with the Jets. His body has clearly started to go, about two years to the day after his mind.

I honestly don't think that Favre is all that concerned about his records he is in the NFL for two reasons
1. He wants to end on top (like Elway)
2. He honestly doesn't know what else to do with his life.
