Unlike some older MMOs like UO and Doac. WoW is very strict about this. I have a cousin who stopped playing wow and went to a private server. 4 Months later he came back to play real wow again and blizz somehow knew he had played a private server and gave him the PERMA BANNNNNNNNN!N!N!N!N!N!
