When I try to download a .exe file, it appears as .exe.part and I can't open it. When I download a .zip, the folder has nothing in it. I have tried this with multiple different .zips and.exe but I dont know what to do

1. Restart your computer.
2. If restarting didn't help, reinstall your firefox.
3. If that didn't help, try downloading it with a different browser (i.e. Internet Explorer)
4. If nothing helps, contact IT geeks.

firstly any file that is .part is only partially downloaded...
your antivirus will remove any viruses as part of these files so the file may be empty as the virus has been deleted.
my guess is you're downloading dodgey cracks to programs and you should be more careful where you get them from.
never download an exe crack.
