GIRLS ONLY! Girls what sized bra did u wear in 7th grade?
My daughter is in 7th grade and wears a 34D sized bra. Im not sure what the other girls wear but i think it is too big for a 12 year old girl. What size bra did u wear in 7th grade or if your daughter is in 7th grade?

In 7th grade I was filling out a 32DD, which is equivalent to a size 34D.(If I'd have been properly sized I'd have been wearing the 28 equivalent which is a G). It's a bit unusual for 12 years old, but it does happen. I wasn't overweight either- 5'2 and 95lbs.
Definitely make sure that she is wearing a proper band size- it needs to be tight and go straight across her back to support her bust. If she's smaller, know that a 34 will not do it- there are 30's and 28's for girls who have smaller torsos, and bras in that small of a band will go up to a K or KK cup. I wear a UK 28FF myself, a US 28H.
It's not the bust size itself that will cause back pain, a lack of support will cause a LOT of back pain- the band being too big means the straps do all of the supporting and the band rides up, which looks and feels terrible.
A D cup is nothing more than 4in of difference between ribs and bust(Every in. of difference between underbust and bust is a cup.)- a true D looks about average size if the girl is wearing the proper band size. If you're worried about her size it might mean she is too small to be filling out a 34 and needs a smaller equivalent (Band = underbust +1 if odd and +2 if even). Of course, when the body is smaller the cups on a 34D will look bigger in comparison- which is why it becomes a 32DD, 30DDD/F and 28G. As the body gets smaller and the breast size stays the same, it creates more difference between band and bust. Check and make sure this isn't what's happening there. A 34 is actually quite a large torso size- my 5'4 170lb cousin is 17 and a proper 34 band. Her underbust measures 33in.
I'm saying all this because my mother definitely didn't know any of this- I wore a 32DD that gave me little support, and then when I grew I couldn't find a bigger cup I wore a 34DD which offered no support and I wanted a reduction more than anything because I thought I was a freak of nature- my back hurt 24/7 from the straps and my shirts all looked terrible over my monstrous looking bust. Make sure she's being sized properly (none of the +5in for the band- it's not accurate anymore.) so that she doesn't go through that level of hell that many girls do as a teenager with a larger bust. It's downright miserable, I speak from experience. A bad bra is completely unflattering, hides the waist because the unsupported breasts are just hanging there, it makes you look hunched over and even a size or two bigger!
Granted, she will never be able to shop at Victoria's Secret like all of her friends will when they get to be older, but she won't have all the pain and issues that result from a bad bra. As any busty woman can tell you, a good bra will make the difference between your shirt looking nice and fitting smoothly, and busting out of the cute summer tank top that seems like it only fits at the waist but the top is a lost cause.
i'm only 13 going on 14 and I don't even fully fit an A yet. But there were a couple girls in my 7th grade class that I'm pretty sure could have wore a C or D. :) hope this helped at least a little!
I am now going into Year 7 And I Fill A 30 AA . I have a clavage . Hope I Helped . Whatever You Dont Give Her A Bra Thats Too Big For Her . My Sister Got Picked On Cos Everyone said she was trying to make her boobs look bigger x
When I was in grade 7 I was underweight and wore a 34C, but now I'm in grade 9 and wear a 32DD. Your daughter is above average for sure, because everyone I knew in grade 7 barely fit AAs and my C cups seemed huge.
