there is this girl on my team, and she is absolutely amazing. she started to talk to me a lot in the past 2 months and i just can't get her out of my mind, all i want to do is talk to her, and tell her what i feel, but i know that i can't because things will get weird. i'm not even out at my school and i'm a senior, and this girl is a junior. and i've felt this way since i was a sophmore, but we joke around saying i love you all the time, and we always talk to eachother everytime i see her. and i just want her. any tips on how to get her. and don't tell me i shouldn't fall for a straight girl because i already have fallen

start testing the waters.  work your way from very small things like touching her skin or holding hands and see how she reacts.  work your way up to kisses and grabbing her butt.  

after a while of testing the waters and getting good reactions then you can make your moves more daring into kissing on the mouth.  she's likely to take the whole process as experimentation but that's the first step to getting a straight girl into developing romantic feelings for you.

that's my process anyway.  it's very deceptive but fun
