Geelong vs. Collingwood, seems like most of the experts pick Geelong to win. How? Details below.?

Geelong doesn't have enough intestinal or testicular fortitude to beat Collingwood. Yes, I want Geelong to win, but I think Collingwood will win by at least 10 goals, 60 points. Any readers here with agreeing or dissenting opinions?

I hope I am wrong. Geelong still seems like they want to play "bored, why am I here running around, kicking and handballing" type of football. If Geelong wins I will be happy. I will not be surprised if Collingwood opens a can of "whopp a$$" on them. Geelong deserve it if they lose. You have to play to win, you have to give a damn when you are playing.

I flipped a coin to pick my winner. It landed on Geelong, so I picked the Cats. I hope I am right. I just don't think Geelong cares anymore. Not because of the losses during the last half of the season. Just none of the boys seem to give a damn.

You know my thoughts on Geelong mate, you have lost all faith in them, so they lost a couple of games, it's finals time and they won their first final, they'll beat Collingwood by a couple of goals. Then they'll go on and win the flag.

I think it will be a good game but i doubt Collingwood can win and especially by 10 goals. Cats have proven over a few years now that they are a team that plays as a team and know what to do on the big stage minus their blemish in the GF last year. Collingwood have skill but a work ethic that doesn't match Geelong. Their fortitude in major contests can seriously be questioned. Plus I think their decision to leave out Medhurst will cost them.

Woah, thats one big call!
We all know that the cats struggle in pre-liminary finals, winning the last two, but not very well. Collingwood were the only team to beat Geelong last year, by 80ish points - the teams have slightly changed since then - and I really didnt know how to tip for this match.

Why do you think that the cats dont have enough to beat the pies?

I tipped Geelong, but im really unsure.

Geelong should win by a few ones, when prelim time rolls around different cats turn up to the cats who are sloppy and slow (the sloppy cats don't turn up too often!)

And against Collingwood they fire up and have one of the best matches you will see. Ever since the pies cost them an undeafeated season in 08 and thrashed them the catters seem to get up.

Cats by 37. Go Cats,

In the Grand Final I will be supporting cats if against saints, dogs if against cats and saints if against pies (obviously)

Hahah, Collingwood have no hope.

Compare midfields:

Ablett, Selwood, Bartell, Corey, Ling Chapman

vs

Swan, Davis, Didak, Pendlebury (?), Sidebottom

That is where it will be won and lost, and there isn't a coach in Australia that would take the latter over Geelongs midfield
