Perfect Circle Monarch...?

This is the 1st time I make a PC deck after new ban list. Tournament coming soon but no chance to try it. Hope for some opinions and fix.

1 x Blackwing-Gale

22 Monsters and 5 Traps seems uncommon, but since I play Jinzo I think should be alright?

I would say, find a chance to put in another Jinzo. You know, been semi-limited this cards roar.
I try out a deck similar to your deck before. I name it Full Seal.
The only thing different is that i got Horus the Black Flame Dragon or Silent Swordsman in my deck.
I also got Jinzo and D-Hero Plasma. If you put in a Horus, you can perform a full lockdown.  Of coz, diz is juz suggestion.
If you have 2 Jinzo, it will be very safe to put in onli 5 traps.
Some other cards like Eagle Eye, Mirage Dragon and Pitch Black Warrior Werewolf would certainly serve your decks well.

I think too many destiny draw. Since you're playing with synchro monster, you will fill your graveyard up quickly, how about pot of avarice? Its a gud card. I certainly do not have suggestion for the other cards.

Wow, I'm stunned, this deck is just amazing. For some reason, DAD just seems strange out of all that is chosen...if you're able to get exactly 3 darks in your grave, then power to you. With all the tuners, have you thought about synchs? I say that because of Mind Control.
