need theme ideas for Halloween?

Question

my grandma's church does a halloween thing called "trunk or treat" everyone brings their truck, car, van and decorates it to theme with their costume

last year i was a pirate, i really looked the part too, full beard galoshes the works even a cap gun two blades and a sword, the truck i turned into a Pirate ship with a 20' tall mast and sails rigging lines and an anchor

well i want to top it this year

who or what should i be and what are some decorating theme ideas?

Do a Micheal Jackson theme make a stage and play some Thriller music and maybe you could dance on it

At my church we do that and there's one award called the McCoy award ( the McCoy's were a family the dad was the church pastor, but they always had over the top amazing trunks, then they moved to Canada) The people who usaually win, do like, the Wizard of Oz themed trunks, Jail themed, or something like that.
