Can you tell me more about proper laundry room etiquette?

I always go in and mind my own business, and I'd like to know some ground rules -- number of machines i may use at once, how long can i dry my clothes, and can i also wash the clothes i'm wearing, as long as i don't leave the store or spread my legs too far apart while watching the simple tv there?

If the place is empty of people OR they have tons of machines that are open I would use 2 or 3. And then maybe try to use only 2 dryers. If the place has only a few available machines I would use only 2 washers or 1 big one.
And then 1 or 2 dryers. Usually dryers are always available but not washers.

I find it so rude when people put their items in a washer or dryer and then LEAVE and dont come back within 30 minutes. So their items are sitting in a washer or dryer taking up space. I have seen that so many times. So when you wash your clothes stay in the laundrymat (i always did) or only walk to a coffee shop or something and come right back!

No you cant wash what you are wearing (unless it is a sweater or a sweatshirt, etc. Meaning you have layers on). because then you would be naked!

Dry your clothes as long as you need to for them to be dry. Everyone understands that. Usually 1 hour or 1 and 20 minutes or so is how long my things would take in the dryer. But an hour is a safe bet.

It use to be a million hour. There could be an illustration published asserting some thing like: " If unattended laundry continues to be interior the washer or dryer after 30 minutes (as quickly as they are complete), others shoppers have a appropriate to eliminate them set them in a field or clothing basket.".

There are usually rules posted in laundry rooms. Follow them. And what the hell is wrong with you that you would think is ok to sit in the laundry room naked?! The answer is NO!
