Seroquel is primarily a dopamine antagonist, as are most antipsychotic medications. However (also like other antipsychotics), this drug also blocks or down-regulates norepinephrine, serotonin and certain histamine receptors.

Like I said for your other question yes it is an antagonist for both dopamine and serotonin.
Technically know one on Earth knows exactly how any drug works. The information we have is based on experiments but it could be wrong. Having said that it is an antagonist and that is what a teacher would want. But you might add that Seroquel is a fairly new drug and, like all drugs, is not fully understood.
So yes simple answer is it is a antagonist for dopamine and serotonin. Look at my last answer for the specifics.
