For all of you who are good with Fimo/Sculpy clay...?

I was wondering if you could recommend any good "how to" sites for working with Fimo and/or Sculpy clay?

I am pretty new to this and had some questions. Do you use molds to make fimo/sculpy figurines, or do you sculpt them by hand? And also how do you make beads with intricate patterns in them? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!
