Not to mention the fact the Ph level is lower than it should be, your body produces enough ph that you don't have to drink it. Why do so many people feel they have to drink all these different energy drinks, or cleansing junk and this PH 5.5 to make themselves feel better. A proper diet with green leafy veggies, lean meats, and no junk foods should provide the human body with enough of the natural chemicals it needs. I don't believe in all these drinks. I did one time. I drank this tea that was supposed to ward off cancer. What a joke. I drank it for 3 yrs before I got breast cancer. Geesh, what a disappointment. It's not just you. Please, I'm not trying to put you down. Forgive me if it seems that way, but I'm just telling you that you don't need this stuff. The kind of water I drink is distilled water. I won't drink the so called spring water after I read an article about a well known spring water co. was only using tap water and called it spring water. At least I know distilled water has to go through a proper filtration system before it can be marketed. Everyone has their own ideas about what's healthy and what isn't. Who of us is correct? You? Me? Who knows. For me, I'm just sticking to my healthy diet and distilled water. Oh, I must confess, I do take Coq10. I really believe in that. Be blessed

If it were truly pure water, it would not have a pH of 5.5--something must be adding at least a tiny bit of acid. However, that is totally irrelevant to your body. Your body deals with far bigger loads of acids and bases than this all the time. pH just tells you the concentration of hydrogen ions, and your stomach produces thousands of times more than whatever you are drinking.

Below 6 could cause health risks it's not major but consider some water purification/filtering system.
