Has anyone seen a Deaths Head on a gravestone in England? (pic included)?

Has anyone IN ENGLAND (that's England, in the UK) Seen a death's head similar to this on a gravestone? If so, which cemetery?

Yes I have, The closed cemetry in Dolvin Rd Tavistock Devon, no wings though.

There is a really strange one in St. Aidan's churchyard, Billinge, Lancashire. It is a flat coffin-shaped stone with a death's head surrounded by a snake biting its tail, and underneath there is a pair of bat wings!

It looks like a Masonic grave.

They are not uncommon. That's a nicely preserved example.
