My 11 year old nephew who lives in China would like to attend middle school and later high school and college in US. I am a US citizen. He will live with me if he come to study.

He does not need to be a US citizen to attend school here.
But he will need visas and you will need to be his legal guardian.
You need to check with immigration and the school district on what you and he will need to make this happen

In order to attend a school or collage in the usa he would have to become a U S citizen first, unless he is here on a scholarship visa. he must be 18 or older for this kind of visa. you can check with the department of immigrations for more info on this. just google it. and you should find everything you need. good luck. hope this helps.
