what animal can live on a small sailboat. im in Brazil and i dont care about whats illegal because ill treat the animal like my kid. i want something that can swim with me and maybe even spearfish with me like maybe an otter??? you know goes underwater

An otter would be cool, but you would have to train it. If I were you I would get a bird, like a pelican, they can feed themselves usually and are great at catching fish. You would still have to train it but I think it would be a good option. :)

Sounds fun! I would suggest a bird like a cockatiel or Hahns Macaw. Both very friendly and loving birds. Any reptile would be good, provided you have the room for a tank. I would suggest a bearded dragon, ball python, or leopard gecko. Other possible options would be a small, laid back dog, sugar gliders, chinchilla, or really any gerbil type creature. Good luck!
