I special summon a Chaos Sorcerer by removing 1 light and 1 dark monster from the graveyard and later on it is destroyed. Can I special summon it by using Call of the Haunted or remove it from play and use Return from a Different Dimension to special summon it again?

Yes, if you successfully special summon it in the first place. For example, you can not CotH if chaos sorcero was not special summoend by its effect

I have checked all of the rulings for Chaos Sorcerer, and there is no ruling for this situation.

I would think you can though, as Chaos Sorcerer is in your graveyard so it isn't the same kind of Special Summon.
