Disgusting. I had it at someone's house once and it was dry and stringy. The guys in the group all thought it was cool by the novelty of it, but I dare say no one liked the taste much. I prefer either a turkey, or a duck, or a chicken, but I really don't see the point of stuffing one into the other.

You stay out of this and determine you have your husband tell her to have a advantageous holiday someplace else. Have him not blame you, He purely has to declare this is going to be purely your loved ones, the present one. If he won't do it NOW, do not make Thanksgiving!!! first ingredient interior the morning, take little ones to the flicks and if mandatory, all day...and stay outdoors or bypass to a mall or something and bypass away husband in the back of. he will learn a powerful lesson. this is important for him to realize who he's married to!

If I want to eat chicken I make chicken and if I want to eat duck I make duck but using them as the "stuffing" for the turkey is way too much.
I like the traditional turkey and only turkey(with traditional stuffing) for my Thanksgiving. But that's just me.

although i have never tried it, i think it sounds too extravagant. In my many years of cooking, I've come to find that often the best recipes are the simplest--with few ingredients.
