EDIT: Okay so i got #3 wrong, i could have sworn Orlin Norris was 5'7" turns out i was wrong, and yes Tommy Burns was the shortest heavyweight champ, so yes i did get one of my facts wrong.

Off the top of my head it is either Leon Spinks or Orlin Norris. I am not going to look up thee questions anymore, from now on it is all going to be guesses from me.
Edit- I misread the question, I thought you meant shortest reigning, if it is not Tommy Burns then I am not sure.

I thought Tommy Burns was the shortest heavyweight champ...but he died in the 50s...he is the guy from Canada who lost to Jack Johnson. It cant be Spinks because they werent short and they were in the 76 Olympics...im lost
