That was simply a great fight and incredible performance down the stretch by Pac. I know this whole forum is going to be flooded for the next 6 months with Mayweather v Pac questions. Can we just take a second to appreciate last nights fight - the first 5 rounds were absolutely epic. Cotto is a complete class act and a huge credit to the sport, and PacMan cannot be denied as the best of the decade.

I think it is a big understatement for you to say that MP is the best of the decade. He deserves more than that gauging from the statements of HBO's Steward and Lampley last night which I support.
Manny showed his brilliance amidst the pressure from Cotto on the first round. He waited in the succeeding rounds, felt the strength of his opponent's punches, patiently tweaked his devastating offense and slowly turned Cotto upside down until the finale in the 12th to go for the kill. It was like the classical concerto that culminated a dominating performance worthy of a standing ovation from all of us.

Margarito made him a shot fighter. Watch videos of Cotto in 2007 before Margacheato and tell me if you ever saw the man back up when he got hit hard. Hats off to Pacquiao but Margo finished Cotto and he should hang up the gloves before he gets hurt again.
