Unable to insert addresses for email?

All of a sudden, the "insert addresses" feature isn't working. I can open it, check the boxes, and click to insert, but instead of the addresses being added, I get some stray code, and nothing happens. Tried as regular address, bcc, etc, and nothing works. No system changes that would have caused this. No error message, nothing but the little window with a bit of code, and an email with no addresses added.

If you have no answer but "someone already answered this", don't bother posting, unless you are including an actual LINK for the information. Not to be rude, but in a search, that was the best answer someone gave. No link, no real info; I guess getting poins was more important to them than helping someone out. So, real help, or share if you have the same issue.

For the record, I have reported this, and will share any response I get (if any).

Did you try it this way?

ADDRESS BOOK FOR EMAILING IN YAHOO:

1. Click on the New or Forward tab to open the Compose page.
2. Click on "TO" and your address book will open on top of the page you are in.
3. Check the boxes (TO, Cc or Bcc) next to those you wish to send or Forward to.

NOTE: To protect your friends security and privacy, enter the names you wish to hide in the Bcc field. (They cannot see the other names).

4. Go to the top or bottom of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the fields you selected. You are ready to Compose or Forward your message. Click Send.
