My sister is very into playing WOW. I would like to find an Italian charm with a WOW theme to give to her for Christmas. I have been Googling for days now and not having much luck.

im pretty sure you can find a kit to make them yourself (i know, i know homemade gifts aren't that great but it's made with love and i think that would be wonderful)
anyway find out the class of character or the name of her character and put that on the bracelet. as i say you can find kits to make them (my daughter makes them as well)
although it may not be perfect or exactly a wow bracelet it would still be personal and personalized to exactly the character that she plays. for example if she plays a holy priest you could put "holypriestftw" on it. just a suggestion.(ftw is for the win just in case you didn't know >.<)
