Why won't my phone receive pix messages?

Question

I have a Verizon EnV, and my plan is free in texting (including pix messages) as well as 500 non-verizon messages. I haven't had any problems like this before, but suddenly today my phone won't download pix messages. The download bar goes about 10% of the way, then stops, and it won't download anymore. This only happens with pix messages. It also doesn't matter who sends the message, it's the same from other verizon phones as it is from e-mail or something. Please help!

I have a Verizon EnV as well. The first version. The green one.
It's doing the EXACT same thing. I have no idea what it is. 

Maybe it's just a system thing, or maybe it's some bug LG put in older phones so you buy a new one? XD (Maybe not. Fun theory though.)

It's probably just a system thing, although, I have been having issues for a couple of days. But at least it was working before. Now it just stops.

Edit:
I just sent one to my mom, on an EnV as well.. It eventually got it.. Weird.

Mine used to try this too. Do what I did: Dial *228, then press 2. Wait until eventually it somewhat is finished doing what it somewhat is doing, and your telephone will immediately restart. Then see if it works. desire this allows !:)
