Fantasy: Which Defense should I start Green Bay or Chicago?

Chicago are facing the Rams with Kyle Boller at QB but the Bears haven't been very productive on D. Green Bay have been consistent but they don't get many sacks. The Packers are facing the Ravens and Flacco. Thoughts?

As bad as the Bears have been, they will be better against the Rams who don't have much offense.

I'd love to see GB win, so I'm going to say them.
But I guess that is a bit bias.
