Baby Dragon and Time Wizard is a must with Thousand Dragon. You should also get Blue-eyes and Blue-eyes Ultimate. There's a fusion between Black Luster Soldier and Blue-eyes Ultimate too, so you could try and go for that. If you do, be sure to put Black Luster Ritual in your deck. Uh... Red-eyes Baby and Red-eyes would be good too I guess. Dragon Lord and Flute are good for getting powerful cards on the field fast. The Cyber Dragon cards are very powerful and can finish duels quickly.

Those are only some recommendations. I would explore some more magic and trap cards too, like Acid Trap Hole or a definite Mystical Space Typhoon.

By far, the current best Dragon deck is Hopeless Dragon.
This deck abuses Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon (a Shonen Jump promo card, you can find it on Amazon for around 20 bucks.) and its Special Summoning effect to swarm the field with cards. DARK Hopeless Dragon uses Dark Horus and Dark Armed Dragon to win quickly, Destiny Hopeless incorporates Destiny Heroes into the deck to Synchro for Dragon-Type Synchro monsters, Disaster Dragon is a control variant that uses Koa'ki Meiru Drago and Genesis Dragon for massive control over the field, and Chaos Hopeless uses Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon in conjunction with Blue-Eyes White Dragon and The White Stone of Legend to rack up advantage.

In a typical Dragon deck, aside from the good staple cards (Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute), you typically run:

3 Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon
3 Red-Eyes Wyvern
1 Future Fusion

Then you can fill up the other slots with practically anything you want. Take a look at this link to see what I mean.

If you want dragons... there are red eye decks... blue eyes decks... armed dragons and etc... if you want to have fusions in your deck...use a dragon deck that has at least 3 blue eyes, i have senn tacticks on dragon decks like this.. you can have 2 copies of the same fusion monsters for an example like this... future fusion puts fusion material monsters in your graveyard right?... next you use dragon's mirror to remove from play the monsters and fusion summon a monster like for example
5 headed dragon on the field... and if the future fusion is still in tact on the field... fusion summon the second one on the field... its beastly... pure awesomeness... it can work with monsters like vanguard of the dragon...send a blue eyes to the graveyard from your hand... raigeki break avanguard of the dragon and special summon blue eyes white dragon... for support.. get white stone of legend to place blue eyes to your hand... use trap jammer, spell jammer to help you placeing those ultimate monsters in the field and attack safely....
