Questions about paypal?

Alright well I just learned you can create a paypal account without a credit card.
Well I have a few more questions.

1. Can money be transferred to your paypal account without a credit card?
2. Why does paypal ask for your adress? Should I enter a fake address?
3. Is it safe to have a paypal in general? 

I just want to know these things because I got into computers and I need a way for people to donate and to become a respected member in my community!!

Yes money can be transferred into your paypal account without entering a credit card. You will have limits on the withdrawal amounts until you do verify the account.

I would not enter a fake address, if you ever make a purchase using paypal as the payment method, the items will ship to the address on file. 

Yes paypal is very safe, in fact you have more protection using paypal. I have used for over 11 years no problems.

If you want to be a respected member of your community, why would you give a false address to PayPal? That in itself shows you might be a bit shady. 

Yes, you can transfer money to your PayPal without a credit card. You would need to verify your bank account and attach it to your PayPal account in order to move funds back and forth. It also would take 3 to 5 business days to do so. 

Yes, it is safe to have a PayPal account. I have had one since 1999 and never had issues.

1. You can add a bank account and when you pay via paypal it will come out of that.
2. They need your address because when you purchase something they need to know where to post it. 
3. It is safe , some of the best things I own are bought online.
