That is not a black hole, you would not see a black hole if one appeared. It's a result of a faulty missile.

i'm undecided what you advise via "nuclear black hollow." The black holes on the centers of galaxies arose by previous stars collapsing and buying further and extra mass. Black holes and stars "co-evolve" basically interior the experience that the black hollow gets extra beneficial as extra stars are trapped interior it.

No. There is one recently discovered naked Quasar that has no accompanying galaxy but there are several near galaxies heading straight toward it. That goes back to the chicken and egg question, that is still unknown today but the reason will be found in the future.
