assuming of course that the person in question is female, is it acceptable to still date/sleep with women or would that be considered cruel?
I have been arguing with a friend about this, I think its kind of mean.

It's ok to date and sleep with women UNTIL you find that man because who knows what and who you could find along the way?
So long as it all ends once you are in a relationship, i'd say the rest is condonable :]

Well, it would depend on your relationship. If the guy knows up front, and is ok with it, then go for it, bottom line, hiding things, or sleeping around behind his back is indeed cheating and will likely carry the same kinds of drama as if you were cheating with annother man. Also if this is who you are, you may be able to have a bit of fun and give him every man's fantasy.... Good luck

If you're dating a certain guy and then you sleep with women on the side, that's about as sleazy as having a boyfriend on the side.
