Can't decide. And I do realize that some of the songs I listed are covers, but they're still great.
Keith is 66? He has to live another 600 and play "Sympathy for the Devil" at his 666th birthday party!
Satanic humor aside, I'm glad Keith is still with us--his survival is legendary and inspiring. A great musician and an original spirit. An enduring icon! I hope the Stones tour in 2010.
I have so many favorite songs--the Stones are the third most played band on my iPod and I own most of their albums. Rather than run through the mega-hits, I will name a couple gems which deserve more recognition:
"Break the Spell" "Gomper" (No one ever mentions this song, but it's so gorgeous and unique--I could listen to it 24/7) "Had It with You" "Luxury" "Memory Motel" "This Place Is Empty" "Through the Lonely Nights" "Tops" "Walking the Dog" "Winter"
