Toilets, high efficiency, low water usage problems?

My lover has one of those low newer water usage toilets and has trouble getting a good complete flush. The drain system is clear and fine. She is on a community sewer so no septic. There is no blockage in the toilet drain. The roof venting system is fine as well. The other drains and toilet in her house works fine as well.


Have other Answers people had this sort of problem ?

Check the water level in the tank.If its not at the marked level it won't flush right.Watch the flapper and see if its opening all the way.You can adjust the chain on some toilets.Also some cheaper brands just don't work well.
