If I change my residence multiple times do I have to submit all past address to USPS?

I have moved from place 1 in TX to place 2 in TX to place 3 in CA to place 4 in TX all in last year
my mails are all over the place
I want to correct it all, using the USPS (https://moversguide.usps.com) change of address online form.
Do I do it 4 times for 4 places? Fwd Place 1 to place 4, place2 to place4 , etc)
or 1 is enough , just the last one (place3 to place4)?

In socialist countries you must resignation with the Police when you move. You just can't move from the house or this city to another. You must SHOW YOUR PAPERS. That is why those communist lite countries have 100% voter restoration. YOU MUST SHOW YOUR PAPERS TO THE AUTHORITIES!
Want Obama care? Yeah you do. I got nothing to hide.
