Most likely it was. The region affected in Haiti is too close to the border for something not to be felt on the DR side. However, it was probably very small in magnitude.

It was felt in parts of the Dominican Republic, but the epicenter of the quake as well as most of the damage was on the Haitian side of the Hispanolia
