how do I send pictures from a computer to Motorola W376g Tracfone?

The Bluetooth settings restrict any data transfer. And the USB port is used for charging only. There is no SD card slot of any kind. The only way I know of to get files is to download them using the web browser. But when ever I try to upload files to the internet and download them on to the phone I get an error 403 forbidden on the phone. How do you download pictures or music on to this Tracfone?

make sure you say something when you send it to your phone.
