Do these character names sound alright?

I'm working on a book right now, and I wanted to know if you all thought these character names sound good, as far as their phonetic flow and the image they conjure of the character.

The book is a fantasy parody, so the names aren't "normal"; if some of them sound absurd, ridiculous, and idiotic, it's because they're supposed to. The names are below:

Septimus Octavian Nines (Tim for short)
Salem Yorik Garm
Snookeroo Elias Garm (Snook for short)
Heather Hather
Beulah Phott
Nancy Krimlin Crummies
Smithe Sommers
Silas Algernon Longue
Dr. Rigel Jones
Col. Sinclair Richards (nicknamed Leggy)
Altor Calchas
Sgt. Iago Insurgo King
Magna Carta King (Maggie for short)
Nathan Faust Moore (Nate for short)
Linnea Hadgebak
Junius Kraken
Virgil Grimshaw

All input is welcome. Thanks, everyone!

The characters with the longer names are the ones who have middle names; the second name won't be mentioned very much.

"Tim, for short?" Hilarious- play on Octavian Septimus Gaius?
They sound great- hope I someday get to read the finished product. "leggy"? awesome. So is anyone unfortunate enough to be named "Beulah".

Maybe this sounds a bit weird because I'm a big fan of androgynous names, but I could imagine Cody as a name for a brunette girl. I don't like the sound of Tabitha - it seems kind of awkward. And instead of Cody as the boy's name, you could use a name like Jeremy.

I don't like Nancy Krimlin Crummies because as a writer, I do not like two parts of the name with the same sound. Krimlin and Crummies both start with a "k" sound. Try Nancy Boblin Crummies or Nancy Krimlin Ghouda.

Very clever...
The only one that I didn't like was "Silas Algernon Longue" but only because "Algernon Longue" sounds ...awkward when you say it together. But that could just be me.
Either way, very nice.

Beulah Phott was the only one I had difficulty pronouncing. Otherwise, I think they are clever.
