can u get updated rosters for nhl o9 for playstation 3?

Nhl 09 for playstation 3 is on $25 at walmart. Nhl 10 is $60. Can I get this years rosters downloaded on nhl 09. I checked online and the game is the same. I am looking for info about this on the ea sports website and cannot seem to find it.

No i don't think they have yet, since the game is relatively new, and the season has just started, give it till later in october or even november..
