The IAEA is a joke.
In 1990, the IAEA told the UN Security Council that Iraq did NOT have a nuclear weapons program
That Iraq was NOT trying to acquire nuclear weapons or do research into nuclear weapons.
Of course as we all know, after the Gulf War, international inspectors found Iraq had a huge nuclear weapons program and were actively trying to acquire nuclear weapons.
