whats a good book in french?
im learning french right now and i need to read a book that's good for french learners (preferably a novel). if anyone has any suggestions please share. thanks

If you're a Harry Potter fan, the woman who translated those into French did an awesome job. You can literally use the English one as a dictionary when you need to - obviously it's not word-for-word as that'd end up being grammatically incorrect jargon, but she did a /really/ good job; I tried to read one of them in French after I had recently re-read the series and... well, wow. I couldn't, it was too boring to read the exact same book again so soon after!
Otherwise I recommend children's books as a starting point and... yeah, I never got many French novels. I should get more.
for learning to hear it... French newscasters enunciate much better than characters in movies do... just fyi. :)
