ebay seller trying to rip me off what can i do legally?

I purchased 2 nintendo ds lites for christmas. the seller posted in the listing it had warrenty on them for 30 days . we'll both of them had issues one the battery would not stay charged and the other the top screen would not work. so I was told to send them back for a refund. I didnt mind sending them back. I sent them priortity insured and tracking. he got them but now will not respond to my emails, i tried to go through paypal and ebay and sure enough it has been more then 30 days so they will not help me. i wouldnt mind if it was a few dollers but were talking almost 200.00 what can I do legally

Get all of your documentation together...your records of the sales, your return receipts, a copy of the seller's return policies, your correspondence with eBay and PayPal, and see an attorney. He or she will subpoena eBay to get the seller's name and address so you can file suit to have your money returned. You may also be able to recoup attorney's fees.

Frankly, I'm surprised that eBay won't help. They have a pretty good buyer protection program.

The Better Business Bureau Contact them, and follow their directions.
Call the cops ! protection plans are great, when they work, and I know, nobody likes to find out how well , but yeah, try some of those protection plans, or, straight up, THE LAW
