Cheaper pillows that comfortably support neck and back?

I've been getting bad neck pains from sleeping with my original pillows, which don't support my neck and back comfortably. Does anyone know of any CHEAPER pillow brands that provide comfortable support?

If you have neck pain, have suffered from a whiplash-type injury, wake up with a stiff neck or have poor neck posture, then ideally you should get a good cervical support neck pillow. A flat pillow is not going to cut it. Some pillows such as temperpedic neck pillows can end up costing a lot of money. Other orthopedic neck pillows made out of fiberfill, even buckwheat hulls can be a lot more cost effective and very comfortable for sleeping. Here are some good neck pillows to check out if you are looking for support neck pillows:

(check out the linear gravity neck pillow because it comes in 3 different sizes and provides great support for your neck).

Try the memory foam pillows. Can probably find some of those reasonably priced at a walmart I feel. Sometimes it's not the pillow but the mattress. IF you've had that mattress for many years may be time to get a new one, or at least be sure to rotate the mattress occassionally not to have it wear out faster. I would also suggest a mattress topper. They have those at many stores now in the housewares or bedding section. I would shop around as the price may vary and watch for sales. Those last a long time , I've had one for a while now. A mattress topper lays flat over the mattress but under the bedding and cushions any sore areas to not put weight bearing on this and helps to relax sore or tired muscles, etc.
