Magic: the Gathering -- should I trade?

Question

My LORWYN Ajani Goldmane for 4 Vampire Nighthawks.

I know the Nighthawks are in the Intro pack, but those are the only cards worth getting in the Intro pack w/ them.
The Lorwyn Goldmane is harder to come by, and I got lucky when my friend had it.

My Ajani and Nighthawks are for my life deck, which I'm not sure if I should keep on building.
So, trade or no?

Ajani Goldmane is a $10 rare

Vampire Nighthawk is 4x for $2.50 at my local card shop and thats high due to it being a great card.

So that is a terrible trade for you. Just go to any local card shop and look at singles, at my store commons are 5 cents and uncommons are 3 for a dollar.
