Is Teach for America a great Organization to work for?

I am thinking about applying for a position for "Teach for America", but I wanted to hear from the "Teach for America" alumnus. How was your experience? Good and bad reviews are welcomed. I want to know everything.

I've heard that it is! I know people that have come out of that program and they are very ambitious! It sends schools some very smart and well adjusted teachers that are ready to lead
