I beat General Knoxx and the teleporter for Crawermax is still not available. Is there something else I must do to gain access to him?

yah after you beat knoxx and go to the armory and set the bomb and the credits show then you should go to the bounty board and it will be there. BE WARNED I DIED IN 2 SECONDS FIRST TIME (idk what i was thinking i was like level 58)! i got close by myself as mordecai but its hella hard to get second wins, even with the right weapons

Go to the bounty board at T-Bone Junction. The mission to kill him is there after killing Knoxx.
