there's no interaction between the two drugs if that's what you're asking. Both xanax and paxil are effective for treating anxiety, and both can make you sleepy. If you've taken either of them alone, just expect a little more of the sleepiness than you felt before, and if it's for anxiety, you can expect a little more effectiveness with the two combined.
