You undo the clips at the back of the headlight cluster, unscrew the bulbs, and screw in some new ones.

1999 through 2004 or 2005, i think are the same

i found this article when i needed to replace mine and i was going to try to follow it but my dad fixed them for me. i showed him this article, but i am not sure if he used it. all i know, is that it was not an easy job. but based on the comments at the bottom of this article, it seems like you can do it yourself.
