This PG rating...........?

Don't you think the rating makes WWE more stupid and annoying. Cheech and Chong being "allergic" to Lucky Charms. It seems more elementary these days. I mean I still like wrestling.. Im definitely not a hater. TNA obviously doesn't have this rating considering Beer Money, cursing etc. I miss the attitude era. Do you think WWE has lost fans since then? What are your thoughts?

Just look at that list, look at 98-2000 (prime of attitude), and look at around 2002 and up, ratings fell HARD. I know that list reaches 08, but just imagine now with PG how it's probably even lower then 08 or probably around the same. Ouch! Lost almost half of the fanbase!

It's hit and miss. Yes it sucks. But they may be losing some fans, but they are also gaining the future fans (kids.) The stupid skits the do every week, and the forcing of Super man Cena down our throats, is beyond old now. I remember the good days of RAW, with chair shots, occasional cage matches, blood, and cursing. Now I know that isn't what wrestling was about, but it made it so much more entertaining and realistic. Unfortunately their target audience now is kids, and it's something all us life long fans have to deal with.

The PG Era was the worst era ever for the WWE since it started back in July 2008.

I don't understand why they had to go back to this crap in the first place. Ever since they lost their lawsuit, things haven't been the same for this industry. If you look at the crowd, you can see a lot more kids and momies and daddies than teens and grown men & women.

At this rate the WWE will die a slow death like WCW did, if they don't change their ways.

The industry as a whole has declined since 1999, and its not because of the so called "PG" era, its because there are other things to watch. I mean seriously if you were in Vince Mcmahons shoes, do you cater to people who do not by one thing from you they dont even come to the shows or do you cater to kids who parents spend 100 dollars a whop on them.
