how to get rid of ibm access support.lnk pop-up?
I have tried all the answers that were in here previously but none help. My son has an IBM Thinkpad with Access support and this just started today and won't go away.

for some reason it has become part of the start up programs upon boot up of windows. disable (not delete) from your start up programs and the pop up will stop.
