I don't just want to have it turned off by Onstar. I don't care if it's free, I want it completely disabled, so that Onstar is not able to access it at all. Any help is much appreciated.
The dealer is useless, they have no clue.

It's free for the 1st year only. After that, you don't have to have it active. It will help you get a discount on your insurance--anti-theft device. And you can get the personalized calling--much better than a cell phone in certain cases.

why do you want it removed so when someone steals your car they wont be able to track it and maybe save your car from going to a chop shop ..... sorry but its not a very bright idea
