simple, gain muscle... muscle weighs more than fat too

to gain muscle, and not lose weight, eat more... if you eat less and work out more, youll lose weight, if you eat the same calories that you burn, you wont lose weight, but still gain muscle

Hello Firstly, you cannot gain or lose fat in certain areas - there is no way to decrease the 'fat' in your cheeks without decreasing fat in other areas (i.e. your hips). What you need to do is build some lean muscle mass - a basic gym program will give you this. You could also increase your intake of protein, and don't be afraid of carbs while you are exercising. People worry so much about weight when really its such a poor indicator of health and fitness. I suggest starting a gym program with moderate weights and medium (about 10) reps. Bottom line: go to your local gym and tell a qualified trainer that you want to increase lean muscle mass without reducing fat absorption.

Gain muscle. Work out. Run, lift weights, all of that good stuff. Muscle weight more then fat, so that's a perfect way to gain weight without fat. (:

Muscles weigh more than skin, fat, and meat.
Start working out, oh, and drink a lot of milk, eat a lot of fish.
That should help out, of course, you don't need to cut the muscles so you won't have all those lines showing off your muscles. You can gain weight by strengthening your bones, that's why I said drink a lot of milk.
