when will the new healthcare reform that extends coverage until age 26 take effect?

well, my son is 21, and a full time college student....he does work, but most places. Our family insurance will drop him on may when he turns 22. He has been looking for a job that has insurance...will delay his graduation as he has yet another year to go. I guess he will turn 22 and be dropped before the new law takes affect...

Mrs C... he has worked his whole life, saving money to help offset the cost of college...i don't think he is a lazy.... We don't get any grants or government help to pay for his college either....we all pitch in and help to pay for it ourselves.

This year. That is kids can remain on their parents coverage until they are 26 - - covers them while in college.
